By creating an account or using the SUCCESS marketplace, you agree to these terms. SUCCESS connects buyers and sellers of digital products and businesses; every listing is reviewed before it becomes purchasable.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having the right to sell what they list. Buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing's details before purchasing. Sale terms (license, exclusive buyout, or full business acquisition) are as stated on each listing at the time of purchase.
